Proterial Metals, Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Proterial Metals America Inc., has completed the acquisition of Hi-Tech Machine & Fabrication, LLC (HTMF). HTMF is a supplier of precision machined components for HTP-Meds operation and also independently serves the medical device industry and other valuable strategic markets. They are AS9100 and ITAR compliant.
