Certification permits the installation company to provide PCA’s Lifetime Warranty over registered Projects. All certified installers MUST have the approval of the local Proterial representative and the Proterial Regional Sales Manager.
Certified Installer status is valid for 3 years from the approval & processing date. After that period, the CI status may be renewed with approval from PCA sales management. PCA reserves the right to terminate a contractor’s CI status at any time.
Only cable systems installed by a Proterial Cable America certified installers are eligible for PCA’s Lifetime Performance and Application Warranty. We require a completed Warranty Submission Form as well as supported test result documentations. All testers must meet Level II accuracy requirements as stated in TIA/EIA 568.2-D standard. Projects installed by a PCA certified installer, within the certification dates listed on their certificate, are backed by a Limited Lifetime Product Performance and Applications Assurance Warranty for channels and permanent links.
All warranty elements are coordinated through the PCA Manchester, NH facility to ensure one point of contact for all aspects of warranty execution and disposition.
