We produce multi-lumen extrusions with precise inner and outer diameters. We offer up to 24 lumens per tube and up to three layers. Designed to support straightforward and complex design configurations, our multi-lumen tubing is available in multiple materials and can incorporate up to three taper transitions.

Yes. We provide a comprehensive suite of value-add services to ensure a smooth transition from concept through production. These include heat forming and flaring, hole drilling, injection molding, punching, pad and roll printing, precision trimming, and tube bonding and assembly. Whether customizing catheter tips, bonding complex multi-lumen tubes, or printing unique identifiers, our in-house post-extrusion operations are supported by expert tooling and engineering support. We also offer robust testing capabilities, including pressure and occlusion testing, along with non-destructive internal imaging using X-ray.

Yes! We offer braiding, printing, punching, and related services. From mandrels to multi-layer tubing and multi-lumen designs with complex geometries, we support a wide range of configurations. Our in-house tool shop enables the quick production of high-quality dies and sets for various sizes, shapes, and configurations. We supply bump and balloon tubing, high-pressure braided tubing, single and multi-lumen tubing, and braided shafts. Additional capabilities include pad-printing, flaring, tipping, welding, and punching.

We maintain precision tolerances as low as .0005” for wall or ID and .010” for length, ensuring consistent accuracy across all medical extrusion products.

We work extensively with thermoplastics and workhorse materials like PP, PE, PVC, TPU, Nylon, and Pebax. We also support TPEs, PC, ABS, PET, and high-temperature resins like PEEK and PSU. We can accommodate custom blends with lubricious and radiopaque additives, and we collaborate closely with resin suppliers to tailor compounds to specific customer requirements.

Our extruder sizes range from 1/2” to 2” screw diameters. Each medical tube extrusion is optimized by our team of engineers for manufacturability to ensure maximum yield and efficiency. Our extrusion lines use laser micrometers on our medical tubing extrusion line for continuous in-line quality control.
