About Manchester NH Facility
The Performance Cable Systems & Materials Division (PCSM) manufactures in Manchester, New Hampshire. At this 300,000 square-foot facility, PCA designs and produces some of the most advanced copper and fiber optic based communication cable available on the market.
With cable manufacturing experience dating back to 1986, PCA utilizes the latest in equipment and software in the manufacture of its high performance cables. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and advanced engineering technology enable us to produce a wide range of products that exceed all appropriate industry standards and meet the needs of our customers. Our cables are designed to exceed the most stringent ANSI, UL and CSA requirements. In addition, all premise and fiber optic cables comply with TIA and ISO telecommunications cabling standards. Applications for PCA cables include aerospace, medical, supercomputing, high-speed data, cellular & distributed antenna wireless, oil & gas exploration and the vast opportunities that exist for Ethernet, Power over Ethernet (PoE) and Internet of Things (IoT). HCA’s large onsite engineering department also allows us to develop custom cables for customers with unique applications. The diversity of the equipment PCA utilizes permits us to manufacture an extremely wide range of cables.
The Manchester facility is ISO 9001 registered and is a showcase example of a fully-automated cable manufacturing plant. Tours of the Manchester facility are available with prior arrangement.
