How Do Customers Help with Product Development?

Everyone at Proterial Cable America (PCA) is always looking to make our product better. We want our customers to finish working with us and know that we did everything possible to help them and that we are the best option for them next time they need a cable manufacturer. 

With that in mind, we ask for client feedback, and we ask to hear from the customer. PCA Director of Product Engineering Eduardo Garza says it best here, when he goes over how our customers have helped us in the past.
