We are very elastic and nimble with our R&D support for new developments. Our Engineering bench is always evolving; we can run single-lumen tubing within 5-7 days and more involved, layered designs within 4 weeks.
Yes! Mandrels to multi-layer to multi-lumen we have all designs covered.
Our in-house tool shop allows for quick-turn quality dyes and sets to achieve many sizes, shapes and configurations. Our menu of technologies has a wide range. Everything from single or multi-lumen, to bump and balloon tubing, high-pressure braided tubing, or braided shafts. We also offer value-add secondary features like pad-printing, flaring, tipping, punching, and welding.
Custom extrusions require precise dimensions and tight tolerance specifications. For example, we have the capability to meet tolerances as low as .0005” wall or ID while also meeting .010” on length.
Our expertise lies in Thermoplastics resins. Workhorse materials like TPU, Pebax, Nylons, PP, PE and PVC are run daily.
Others like TPEs, PC, ABS, PET are common runners. We convert high-temperature resins like PEEK, PSU as well.
We also handle various blended compounds with lubricious and radiopaque additives. We work closely with our resin partners to tailor all compounds to the customer’s needs!
Our extruders range from 1/2” to 2” screws. With custom extrusions, every design is designed for manufacturability by our engineering team to determine the best size extruder to optimize yield.
We measure dimensions in line with Lasermics, or laser micrometers, and controls for a continuous quality product.
